Wedding style with style

Style is personal. 

You can tell a lot by a person’s style. By their home. The clothes they wear. The meals they love – and hate. The holidays they choose and the wedding day that they design.

Style is a fingerprint. It’s something that makes you unique. 

You can follow trends but ultimately, style is always yours and yours alone.

Some people know what their style is. Others wear it unknowingly.

So may I ask; how do you define your style?

A wedding day is really a person’s opportunity to tell the world – this is me, this is my forever person and this is what I love. This is my vibe. This is my style.

And of course, it is a day that celebrates the merging of two peoples lives through the merging of two separate preferences, tastes and styles.

Some decisions will be clear. He’ll take the band. She’ll own the transport. He’ll pick the mains. She’ll boss the flowers.

But when it comes to setting the scene; to creating the backdrop to the big day… well, it can be tricky to know how to pull a ‘look and feel’ together.

How to take intangible ideas and make them tangible, cohesive and representative of how you both envisage the look and feel of your day.

My name is Amy and together with the help of my business partner Karen, we are working with couples to not only provide props and decor, but to build inclusive wedding themes with our couples.

We noticed a gap. A void, if you will.

We noticed that so many couples were choosing a wedding venue and being directed to a stylist / wedding decor supplier by default. But that many of these couples were feeling underwhelmed by the products on display and feeling overwhelmed by the number of decisions they were having to make, sometimes unsupported.

Wedding styling – or wedding venue dressing – plays a huge part in setting the tone for your wedding day and ensuring that you achieve the atmosphere you’re hoping for.

I guess you could call us vibe generators.

Not only do we provide candles, lighting, vases, signage and all manner of decorative items, but we provide ideas, inspiration and guidance to help you both articulate your wedding style and ultimately achieve that happy marriage of tastes you’re searching for.
